
This training plan is designed to help you own your Suhaila Level 1 (SL1) technique. This plan is also useful for students interested in testing for SL1 certification.
Many students like to use this eight week program several times. In those cases, for each technique class, you can substitute another class of the same type. The Drill Breaks are 15-20 minute audio tools designed to supplement your regular classes.
