Learn this sword dance in four weeks. A strong knowledge of SL2 and JL1+ is recommend, and DML2 highly recommended.
This dance includes back bends, splits, Turkish drop position, grand plies, and more; this training plan assumes that dancers have that training already. If not, the Standing Sword, which is based on this same piece, is a better option.
